Project Initiation:-

a. Project Definition

  • Define the project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Identify key stakeholders and their roles.

b. Feasibility Study

  • Conduct a feasibility study to assess the viability of the project.
  • Evaluate site conditions, regulatory requirements, and potential challenges.
  • Prepare a feasibility report with recommendations.

c. Project Charter

  • Develop a project charter that outlines the project’s purpose, objectives,
    stakeholders, and high-level requirements.
  • Obtain approval from the project sponsor.
Project Planning:-

a. Project Definition

  • Coordinate between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders.

d. Quality Assurance and Control

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure work meets specified standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Project Monitoring and Control:-

a. Progress Tracking

  • Monitor progress against the project plan.
  • Use performance metrics and indicators to track progress.

b. Issue and Risk Management

  • Identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage risks as per the risk management plan.

c. Change Management

  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Ensure all changes are documented and approved by relevant stakeholders.

d. Reporting

  • Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct progress meetings to review status and address issues.

 

Project Closure:-

a. Project Completion

  • Ensure all project work is completed as per the specifications.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure all deliverables are met.

Commissioning and Handover

  • Oversee the commissioning of systems and equipment.
  • Ensure all systems are tested and operational.
  • Prepare handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals,
    and maintenance schedules.

c. Final Inspection and Certification

  • Conduct a final inspection to ensure all work is completed to the required
    standard.
  • Obtain necessary certifications from regulatory authorities.
  • Resolve any remaining issues or defects.

 

Post-Project Review:-

Project Close-Out

  • Conduct a project close-out meeting with the client.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Prepare a project close-out report, summarizing the project performance and
    outcomes.

b. Post-Project Evaluation

  • Conduct a post-project review to evaluate the project’s success and identify lessons
    learned.
  • Provide recommendations for future projects based on the review findings.

C.Warranty and Maintenance Period

  • Provide support during the warranty and maintenance period.
  • Address any issues that arise during this period and ensure the client is satisfied with
    the completed project.
